2024 High School Show
at Franklin Square Gallery

The Associated Artists of Southport will host the
annual High School Art Show at Franklin Square Gallery from March 19 - April 15, 2024.
The show will feature the artwork of students from South, West and North Brunswick
High Schools, and is always one of the Gallery’s most popular events.

The show affords local high school students the opportunity to see their paintings,
drawings, graphic designs, sculpture and other 3D artwork professionally displayed in a
working art gallery. It also gives the community a chance to see the wonderful and
varied visual art talent that our public school system nurtures.

Lisa Banester, an art instructor in the Southport, NC school system, will serve as judge
for the show. She holds undergraduate and masters degrees in art and art history, and
will award ribbons for excellence and creativity in 2D, Graphic, and 3D art submissions.

For additional information about the Show, please visit the Gallery’s website at
www.franklinsquaregallery.com or contact the Show’s co-chairpersons, Patricia Lyles at
lylesgjr@gmail.com or Betty Garbarino at jgarbarino@yahoo.com .

This program is supported by the Brunswick Arts Council and North Carolina Arts Council.
