The Associated Artists of Southport will host the
Annual High School Art Show at Franklin Square Gallery
from March 16 - April 11, 2026.
The show will feature the artwork of talented art students
from South, West and North Brunswick High Schools.
This show affords local high school students the opportunity to exhibit their paintings,
drawings, graphic designs, sculpture and other 3D artwork in a working art gallery.
The show is always one of the Gallery’s most popular events, providing the community with
a chance to see the wonderful and varied visual art talent that
our public school system encourages.
Lisa Banester will serve as judge for the show and will award ribbons for
excellence and creativity in 2D, Graphic, and 3D art categories.
A Brunswick County Schools Teacher of the Year in 2020,
Ms. Banester holds a Masters degree in Fine Art
and Education and currently teaches art at Southport Elementary School.
The show is free and open to the public.
