WATERMEDIA WORKSHOP AT FRANKLIN SQUARE GALLERY
On September 23rd and 24th from 9-3 pm, Ortrud Tyler will teach a 2-day abstract water media workshop at Franklin Square Gallery in Southport.
The workshop, "Abstracting a classical Masterpiece", will focus on design, textures and translating realistic images into abstract concepts.
The fee is $80. Some materials are included . The workshop is limited to 16 participants, first come first served.

Workshops and classes at Franklin Square Gallery are held in a spacious studio facility and are open to nonmembers. Unless otherwise indicated materials are not provided. If the workshop is filled in advance a waiting list will be assembled in the order of inquiry. Any workshop vacancies due to cancellation will be filled from this waiting list in order of priority.In the event of cancellation by a paid attendee fees are nonrefundable unless the position can be filled prior to the first day of the workshop.

Thursday morning Figure Drawing Class

Every Thursday at the gallery, 9:30AM - 12:00PM
Gallery, painters gather to draw and paint with a live model. There is no instruction, but we do offer support to each other. Workshop members rotate in leading the class, arranging for models, providing refreshments, and room clean-up. The cost is $10 per session or $25 a month, and is open to new participants.
